Photographs taken during the time of incident if any

Deed/lease agreement/rent agreement copy of the property.

Copy of stock register of last six months to as on date of loss.

Quote for rectification estimate for the damaged property.

Final Claim bill with all supporting documents

Expected salvage value

Copy of payment receipts for rectification of the damages.

Newspaper cutting if any with publication of the incident in that locality

Proof of Ownership of the property.

Provide drawing of the damaged premises with dimensions marked therein or

Building lay out plan mentioning area occupied by office, store, rest room etc.

Copy of Fire Licence and Trade licence

Capitalisation details, date of capitalisation, purchase invoice of Assets
